What is included in your mobile bar package?
Our mobile bar package includes trained bartenders, bar tools and equipment, disposable cups, napkins, and ice. We also provide setup and cleanup of the bar area.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, we are a dry hire, so you’re responsible for paying for and providing the alcohol. We can give you a customized shopping list, and we can even pick it up for you from the liquor store, but we can’t buy it for you.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of non-alcoholic options, including dirty sodas, fresh pressed juices, coffees, teas, and so many mocktails.
How many bartenders do you provide?
We typically provide one bartender for every 50-75 guests. We can adjust the number of bartenders based on the size of your event and your specific needs.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 1-2 hours depending on the size and complexity of the bar setup. We will work with you to determine the best time to arrive and set up for your event.
Can you provide glassware?
Yes, we can provide glassware for an additional fee. We offer a variety of glassware options to fit your event's theme and style.
Do you provide a custom cocktail menu?
Yes, we can create a custom cocktail menu based on your preferences and event theme. We can also help you come up with creative and unique signature cocktails to make your event stand out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bar services. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. We typically require at least 2-3 months' notice for bookings, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation with full refund up to 30 days before the event, cancellation after that grace period is a forfeit of part or all of your deposit.
What is your tipping policy?
A 20% service charge is included in the total event cost, and it is up to the client if we’re putting out a tip jar at the event.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! 50 miles from Roseburg is included in any of the packages, and any additional travel outside of that is $0.75 per mile.
